Hana Florists is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, enroute or delivered. The processing of your order starts immediately as soon as your order is received, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call our customer support. For other changes, email customer service.
Ordersdelivered to Oklahoma, Arkansas, Michigan and Vermont are subject to sales tax and orders placed from Arkansas and Oklahoma are also subject to sales tax.The exact amount of the Sales Tax will be conveyed to you before you make the payment.
Every Hana Florists gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by a local florist, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
All orders received before 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday and before 12:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays in the recipient’s time zone will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after the above-mentionedtime will be delivered the following day.
We regret that we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery to rural addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. You can type specific delivery time during checkout, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
We recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance before major holidays.
The local florists are experienced at making floral deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order for hospitals, please make sure to include recipient name and room number or ward of the recipient.
Many ICU patients may not be permitted to receive flowers in the hospital, we recommend you check with the hospital before placing your order.
In case the recipient of your gift is not at home, the delivering florist will either call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time or leave a note on the recipient’s door.
On rare occasions, flowers or containers may be substituted due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement is preserved and the blooms of equal or higher value are used.
For your convenience, Hana Florists accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, American Express and PayPal. Orders delivered to Oklahoma, Arkansas, Michigan and Vermont are subject to sales tax. Orders placed from the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma are also subject to sales tax. You will be intimated the exact amount before submitting your order.
