Can you deliver at a specific time?

Can you deliver my order on Sunday?

Yes, we can, just make sure to place your order before 12:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone.

Can you deliver my order today?

Same day delivery can be done for the orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday-Friday and before 12:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, in your recipient’s time zone.

Can you deliver to a hospital?

We can deliver to the front desk at the hospital. A volunteer will deliver it to the patient.

What do you do if the recipient is not at home when you deliver?

We will notify the recipient with a note on the door and a voice mail on their phone.
